- Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Central de Barcelona en 1975.
- Tras una estancia en Madrid, se colegia en 1977 en el Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona y otros colegios de Cataluña.
- En 1979 traslada su domicilio a Mallorca, colegiándose en el ICAIB, donde permanece como colegiado ejerciente desde entonces.
- En 1980 cursa un programa de formación en el IMPI del Ministerio de Industria y Energía, y en 1981 se diploma en Dirección de Empresas por el IESE, Universidad de Navarra.
- Funda el despacho en 1979 y lo dirige desde entonces, con práctica en asesoramiento de empresas — Derecho Mercantil, Derecho Penal-Económico y Derecho Procesal.
- Profesor asociado durante 20 años, actualmente colaborador del Departamento de Derecho Privado de la Universitat de les Illes Balears y docente en el Máster Universitario en Abogacía UIB-ICAIB.
- Cónsul Honorario del Gran Ducado de Luxemburgo en las Islas Baleares.
- Degree in Law from the Universidad Central de Barcelona (1975).
- In 1977, after a stay in Madrid, he became a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and other bar associations in Catalonia.
- In 1979 he moved to Mallorca, where he joined the ICAIB and has been a practising member ever since.
- In 1980 he attended a training programme at the IMPI of the Ministry of Industry and Energy; in 1981 he graduated in Business Management at the IESE, University of Navarra.
- He founded the firm in 1979 and has led it since, with a practice focused on advising companies — Commercial Law, Economic Criminal Law and Procedural Law.
- Associate professor for 20 years, currently with the Department of Private Law at the University of the Balearic Islands and lecturer on the UIB-ICAIB Master's in Law programme.
- Honorary Consul of Luxembourg in the Balearic Islands.

- Zwanzig Jahre außerordentlicher Professor, heute Mitarbeiter der Abteilung Privatrecht an der Universität der Balearen und Dozent im Masterstudium Recht der UIB-ICAIB.
- Honorarkonsul des Großherzogtums Luxemburg auf den Balearen.
